Northwest Groove Alliance formed in Portland when a handful of working horn players got tired of sitting in the back of other people's bands. We wanted a group built around the horn section, not around it as an afterthought.
We play the songs that get every generation on the floor at the same time — Tower of Power, Earth Wind & Fire, Stevie Wonder, Bruno Mars, Uptown Funk, Motown deep cuts, and everything in between. Weddings, corporate events, breweries, festivals — if there's a dance floor, we'll fill it.
